Multilogin team

We're building a Chromium-based web browser with anti-detect functionality and are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Multilogin product team.

Focus areas:

  • Browser core development in C++

  • Modifications around the V8 JavaScript engine (where JavaScript is required)

This is not a typical web project, it's work with a low-level, complex system.

Team & context:

  • The project is currently led by one strong engineer (you will be their lead)

  • Temporary contributors will be phased out of the team

  • The project has been developed solo for a long time → some inefficient solutions may be present

What we offer:

  • Challenging technical problems (not CRUD, not typical backend)

  • The ability to influence the system at a deep level

  • Team growth aligned with project needs

  • Involvement in the company's transformation and complex engineering challenges

  • Access to best-in-class AI tools to boost productivity

  • Reimbursement of professional development expenses (relevant courses, training, books, conferences) within the company's learning policy

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the browser's architecture and evolution

  • Conduct an audit of the current state and identify inefficiencies

  • Simplify and bring the system into order

  • Build effective workflows for a small team

  • Make and justify key technical decisions

  • Ensure delivery predictability and quality

  • Be accountable for the engineer's performance and motivation

What we're looking for:

  • Strong hands-on experience in C++ and web browser development

  • Ability to work with complex systems

  • A pragmatic approach to decision-making

  • The ability to turn a solo project into a manageable system

  • English B1+
