What you'll be doing:

• Design, implement, test, and maintain backend services and internal tools

• Deliver production-ready features with appropriate test coverage

• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute technical solutions

• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident resolution

• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability

• Participate in scaling backend services and infrastructure

• Improve observability through logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and share knowledge with the team

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong production experience with Python and Go

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis

• Experience building and maintaining backend APIs and distributed services

• Experience working with concurrent and high-performance systems

• Understanding of software architecture and system design principles

• Experience with Git and modern development workflows

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals: HTTP, TCP/IP, and web technologies

• Experience debugging and operating production systems

• Ability to independently own features from design through deployment

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, distributed systems and microservices architectures

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Loki)

• Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases

• Experience with proxy infrastructure, networking products, or traffic management systems
