Multilogin is looking for a proactive specialist who can take ownership of growing our presence across key social media and community channels.

This is not simply a content-posting role.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to grow channels, build communities, start relevant conversations, test new formats and distribution approaches, and turn social activity into measurable business results.

What you’ll do

• Own and develop Multilogin’s social media strategy across our core channels

• Plan, create, publish, and repurpose content across Multilogin's priority social media and community channels

• Work closely with the Content, Design, Product, Paid Ads, and Email teams

• Turn product updates, customer insights, interviews, and industry trends into engaging social content

• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across main social media platforms

• Respond to comments and messages, participate in relevant discussions, and identify new communities where Multilogin should be present

• Use AI tools and automation to improve content ideation, repurposing, publishing, community monitoring, and reporting

• Track channel performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements

• Monitor competitors and identify new social growth opportunities

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS social media, community management, or a similar role

• Mid to Senior or Senior level of experience

• Proven experience with Reddit, X, Telegram, and Discord

• Experience managing social media for a SaaS, technology, or B2B company

• Good understanding of community-driven marketing

• Ability to create both educational and engaging content, not only promotional posts

• Confidence working with data and reporting on results

• Strong ownership, organization, and cross-team communication skills

• A proactive mindset and willingness to test new ideas rather than wait for detailed instructions

• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve social media workflows
