Multilogin team
Hello!
We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for Multilogin. Our DevOps practice is currently in transformation — we're modernizing tools, processes, and approaches across the whole team, and you'll play a key role in shaping how it develops.
What you'll be doing:
Developing automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications; creating, maintaining, and documenting CI/CD environments
Ensuring platform reliability and availability, fault tolerance, and fast recovery from failures
Establishing standards and guidelines for infrastructure and software configuration to support smooth CI/CD processes
Proposing and implementing system improvements: installation, upgrades/patching, troubleshooting, configuration management, and security
Participating in the development and scaling of our delivery platform's infrastructure
Ensuring transparency and optimization of cloud costs, embedding cost-awareness into daily work alongside engineers and finance
Designing and operating serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, or similar)
Participating in the DevOps practice transformation and discussions on trade-offs between performance, scalability, cost, and time-to-market
What we offer:
Transformation of a mature product with a strong reputation, adapted to the realities of an AI-driven world
Strong product and engineering expertise: the team behind the product has extensive experience in browser and mobile profile automation
Access to the best AI tools to boost work efficiency
Compensation for professional development expenses (relevant courses, training, books, conferences) within the company's learning policy
What we expect:
Production experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred) using Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker
Solid command of Terraform: infrastructure as versioned code
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) and understanding of GitOps delivery (Flux CD is a big plus)
Experience operating monitoring and alerting stacks (Prometheus/Grafana or similar) and an understanding of what good reliability looks like
Hands-on experience with distributed tracing and APM (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or similar) and the ability to implement them for deeper observability
Systems thinking: understanding of networking fundamentals, distributed computing, and asynchronous messaging; automation via Bash and Python instead of repeating routine tasks
Ownership: taking responsibility beyond your own task and digging to find the root cause of stack issues
AI-forward approach: you use AI tools hands-on and have a point of view on where they're strong and where they still fall short — you see them as an amplifier for a senior engineer, not a toy
Fluent English, B2 or above
