We are looking for a Tech Lead for our product Multilogin.

Multilogin allows you to manage dozens of accounts on social networks and online stores by creating separate virtual phones and browsers, each of which looks like an independent device. The tool is built for marketers, agencies, and sellers who need to run multiple accounts on e‑commerce and social media platforms.

Work format: the founder is gathering the team in the Moscow office. Full-time in-office workday, employment under the Russian Labor Code, 5/2.

What you will do:
- Be responsible for team ceremonies, task setting, ensuring a smooth workflow, and achieving goals aligned with the product team.
- Ensure the team is fully staffed and participate in hiring new developers when needed.
- Ensure the team understands and follows established processes and technologies used.
- Write code (about 75% of the time).

What is important to us:
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience as a backend developer, at least 1 year as a tech lead.
- Experience with Go.
- English from B1 level.
- Knowledge of Java and Node.js will be a plus.
