We're looking for a Tech Lead (Go+Python) to join and lead a new team at Nodemaven.

NodeMaven isn't just another proxy provider but the product behind the industry's first-ever IP quality filtering algorithm.

• More than 15,000 clients in web scraping and affiliate marketing recognize NodeMaven as one of the most reliable proxy services on the market.

And now, we're moving toward a new goal - building infrastructure that makes data accessible and easily verifiable.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including experience leading projects or teams.

• Strong backend background with Go and Python, and solid skills in at least some of these technologies: PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Kubernetes, AWS.

• Experience designing and operating production systems, with a solid grasp of distributed systems and reliability.

• Experience troubleshooting complex production issues.

• Strong communication skills, English at B2+.

• Lead the engineering team responsible for NodeMaven's proxy infrastructure, from architecture to operations.

• Make key technical decisions and uphold high standards for quality, reliability, and observability.

• Mentor engineers, run one-on-ones, and help the team grow.

• Take part in hiring and shaping engineering culture.

• Work closely with the CTO on team planning and strategy.
