We're looking for a QA Lead who will help radically improve product quality and build a strong automated testing system for our product Multilogin.

What you'll be doing:

• Defining and maintaining the overall QA strategy and quality standards

• Coordinating and supporting QA activities across teams, ensuring consistency in execution, evidence, reporting, and defect management

• Overseeing test coverage: API testing, integration and contract testing, regression, negative scenarios, business processes, and risk-based validation

• Working closely with Product, Architecture, Development, DevOps, and external stakeholders to embed quality at every stage

• Coordinating quality reporting, audit readiness, and release-readiness recommendations

• Ensuring clear traceability between requirements, test coverage, defects, evidence, and delivery outcomes

• Making sure any use of AI-assisted QA and test generation goes through review and meets quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Automation Engineer

• Strong experience in UI test automation

• Experience with Playwright

• Experience building smoke/regression test suites

• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD

• Experience managing or mentoring QA engineers

• English at B2 or above
