We're looking for a QA Lead who will help radically improve product quality and build a strong automated testing system for our product Multilogin.

What you'll be doing:
Defining and maintaining the overall QA strategy and quality standards
Coordinating and supporting QA activities across teams, ensuring consistency in execution, evidence, reporting, and defect management
Overseeing test coverage: API testing, integration and contract testing, regression, negative scenarios, business processes, and risk-based validation
Working closely with Product, Architecture, Development, DevOps, and external stakeholders to embed quality at every stage
Coordinating quality reporting, audit readiness, and release-readiness recommendations
Ensuring clear traceability between requirements, test coverage, defects, evidence, and delivery outcomes
Making sure any use of AI-assisted QA and test generation goes through review and meets quality standards
Requirements:
Experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Automation Engineer
Strong experience in UI test automation
Experience with Playwright
Experience building smoke/regression test suites
Experience integrating tests into CI/CD
Experience managing or mentoring QA engineers
English at B2 or above
