Product Designer (middle)
Moscow / On-site / Nextbrowser team
About the role
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a small team of product designers and cross-functional partners to craft innovative product experiences. You’ll work on the end-to-end design of new features and enhancements across a variety of consumer, business, and tools products. You’ll help shape our future as we advance our technology, product, and design approaches.
This position is based in our San Francisco HQ, and we provide relocation assistance for new employees.

We serve a diverse audience of users who are already integrating AI into their daily lives and work.
We aim to learn from deployment and distribute the benefits of AI while ensuring that this powerful tool is used responsibly and safely. Safety is more important to us than unfettered growth.
Design plays a critical role here. To succeed in our mission, it’s crucial that we make our technology intuitive and accessible. We’re hiring a product designer to create products that are easy to use, beautiful, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. As an early team member, you’ll have a significant role in shaping our product direction and design culture.
What will you do
Contribute to the overall design and product direction of our offerings.
Design and deliver high-quality products and enhancements, from initial concepts to polished prototypes and visuals.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, AI research, and design colleagues to define both long-term strategies and immediate tactics.
Engage in user research to gain insights into our users and improve our products.
Contribute to and evolve our design system.
Help establish our design culture and expand our team.
What we need
Have 4+ years of experience shipping larger scale software products
Have a portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills, with a high bar for quality and craft
Love thinking through complex interaction design problems
Possess impactful communication and storytelling skills
Enjoy tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into a clear vision
Get excited about being immersed in the AI research process and defining how AI-first products should look and behave
Is proficiency in English required for all roles?
Yes. English is our working language across all teams and locations, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken. Most of our documentation, meetings, and day-to-day collaboration happen in English, so strong proficiency is essential to do the job effectively. Some roles also require additional languages like Russian, Portuguese, Chinese, or Vietnamese, we'll specify this in the job description if it applies.
