Multilogin team

We are looking for a strategic, empathetic, and hands-on Head of People / Head of Human Resources to lead and elevate our people function at Eyes of Wonder.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable HR processes, driving employee lifecycle excellence, and shaping a culture of high performance and engagement.

  • This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and understands the nuances of hybrid work (remote+office) of international companies.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Lead all People Operations functions across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, documentation, compliance, and HR systems management.

  • Oversee and maintain HRIS tools, ensuring data accuracy and automation of key workflows.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding across multiple teams and locations, creating structured and delightful experiences.

Policy, Documentation & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain policies, templates, and documentation (contracts, amendments, handbooks, onboarding guides) in collaboration with the legal team.

  • Ensure global labor law compliance and track changes in employment regulations affecting our talent base.

Process & Systems Improvement

  • Own and continuously improve people-related processes, tools, and workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional employee experience.

  • Organize communication flows and templates in the company.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless operational support for recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Lead the implementation of People analytics and reporting: headcount, retention, time-to-hire, and other key HR metrics.

Talent Development & Engagement

  • Support internal mobility and career pathing processes, ensuring transparency and fairness in promotions and role changes.

  • Identify and act on opportunities to increase team engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

What's important for us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Background in recruiting and experience in hiring for technical roles

  • Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across functions.

  • Experience supporting hybrid and distributed teams across multiple time zones.

We offer:

  • We're an international company of 150+ people, with employees from different countries — part of the team works from office hubs, part is fully remote, and not everyone speaks the same language (literally :)). Building processes in this context is a genuinely interesting and non-standard challenge for HR.

  • An international team and English as the working language (a great environment to improve your English without taking any courses).

  • HR without unnecessary bureaucracy: we build internal tools to simplify processes, not complicate them. What matters most to us is that employees understand how things work — not that they read multi-page regulations in Confluence.
